• Ensuring Digital Media outcomes are optimized to promote organic growth
• Supporting a diverse workforce & client base, with varying degrees of Digital Media value understanding & adoption capacity

Approach

As the successful internship incumbent, collaborate with our organization & clients to:

• Conduct discovery to fully understand company objectives and strategic goals
• Understand advisory & consulting services’ value & marketplace positioning
• Develop an aligned Digital Media framework & articulate scope, timeline, deliverables & value to garner trust & support
• Partner with an tenured staff to ensure joint success for Program outcomes
• Implement & sustain Digital Media Operations to support achievement of organizational goals
• Develop & maintain effective staff, client, vendor & wider network relationships
• Transition successfully implemented model to Firm ownership/staff/future Intern Program resources

Overview

Approach Consulting has an URGENT need to expand its Business & Technology Change Integration Practice, to support a SIGNIFICANT client requirement.

We are seeking bright, self-motivated, strong, seasoned and flexible consulting team players, able to partner and collaborate with operational & project team staff.

If you can demonstrate depth Medicare business (and technical) success with Managed Care platform migration/consolidation and/or enhancement, with significant Project Management experience , and feel you have what it takes to enable & accelerate our client's success, do not hesitate to provide us with your resume.

Responsibilities

• Significant ability to ‘hit the ground running’, understand scope, deliver maximum impact
• Leading work stream Project Management activities in support of Medicare business areas
• Leading project work stream reporting efforts to plan, track, report & implement high quality, cost effective solutions
• Partnering with client PM, IT, and business teams to drive consistent & repeatable delivery
• Leading resolution of critical issues impacting project

Skills/Experience

• Strong leadership success in driving delivery through a matrix organization
• Ability to drive risks, issues, decisions to closure in a rapid manner, escalating where appropriate
• Strong industry knowledge and experience within the Medicare space
• Strong industry knowledge of the Project Management discipline
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal & written, are a must to ensure effective communications with business, IT and senior leadership
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large business integration/migration efforts
• Ability to lead & drive cross-functional teams to support project delivery to ensure effective communications with business, IT and senior leadership
