About Us
Zenon is a globally experienced, entrepreneurial business executive specializing in start-ups and business transformations. For over 20 years, from the C-Suite, he has led Banks, Insurers, and PE ventures in the US, Russia, Poland and the Baltic countries. He consistently leveraged technology and innovation to disrupt emerging financial services markets. Zenon was honored as a Business Person of the Year Finalist in Latvia and Lithuania as well as an expert panelist and speaker in Russia, Poland and Austria.
Upon his return to the US in 2011, he successfully started up, built and sold MoreHouse Finance Company and then transformed and led the successful effort to sell PCC Technology Company. He has been
focused on Technology since 2014 with special interest in HealthTech, FinTech and InsureTech. Over his career he has raised well over $200 million while leading over 10 successful exits valued at over $300 million. Prior to his career in Europe(1993-2011), Zenon was a Banking Officer within Banc One Corporation (now JP Morgan Chase) Executive Development Program and started his career with the accountancy, Arthur Andersen & Co.
After many years in Northern Europe and the North East US, he is happy to call Tampa, Florida home. Zenon is a proud alum of The Ohio State University and Green Templeton College, Oxford University.
